Become a crucial part of Joseph Ribkoff’s Global Sales Operations team as a Sales Coordinator. Thrive in a collaborative environment while supporting International Sales through exceptional organization and communication skills.
In this role, you'll be a key player in daily sales activity, enhancing efficiency and cohesion among teams. Your responsibilities include maintaining sales reports using Power BI, D365, and Excel, and coordinating order processes and communications among sales teams. You'll also organize sample distributions and assist in optimizing sales platforms while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep daily sales operations running smoothly
• Coordinate order processing and internal communications
• Connect teams and facilitate project execution
• Organize seasonal sales samples for global teams
• Support sales tools and processes effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• 1–3 years of sales support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and D365
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
