Le Senior Relationship Manager est responsable de fournir une expérience client supérieure tout en stimulant la croissance rentable, conformément à la stratégie d'entreprise.
Il doit développer un portefeuille cible, construire de nouveaux partenariats et approfondir les relations exist antes pour les produits et services de crédit et non crédit, en travaillant avec des experts internes et externes.
Responsabilités
Lead all aspects of relationship management for an assigned portfolio.
Act as a trusted advisor to meet customer needs with creative solutions, using sales platforms to understand customers’ needs, industries, and markets.
Understand customer operating environment and build tailored financing and cash‑management solutions.
Maintain deep knowledge of market, customers, and economic factors.
Identify and act on business environment changes and create action plans.
Generate referral opportunities to internal bank partners.
Enhance networking events.
Execute sales strategies to attract, acquire, and retain customers and create profitability.
Promote full suite of products and banking capabilities.
Meet or exceed business targets.
Assess credit requests and recommend risk‑appropriate structures.
Support high‑quality risk assessments, credit structures, due diligence, and presentations.
Manage account monitoring to stay within limits; renew credits timely.
Mitigate risk through compliance with regulations and industry code.
Update external partners to find new business opportunities.
Provide team leadership and mentorship, fostering a positive work environment.
Contribute to knowledge transfer and continuous learning.
Support diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Act as a brand ambassador for the business area.
Compétences et Qualifications
Undergraduate or graduate degree.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in commercial large business and junior corporate segments preferred.
