This role involves proactively seeking out new agricultural customers and maintaining a robust client portfolio. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized banking solutions tailored to the needs of the agricultural sector, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively hunt and acquire new agricultural client relationships
• Collaborate with Retail and Commercial Banking partners
• Maintain and grow assigned agriculture client portfolio
• Engage with local agricultural networks and events
• Authorize client requests and ensure compliance with policies
Requirements:
• Experience or education in Canadian agriculture
• Relevant post-secondary education in finance or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of agricultural business finance
• Proven ability in marketing and business development
• Excellent relationship management skills
