Territory Sales Representative
Mac Donald Search Group has been asked by our medical devices / healthcare client to find a first-class Territory Sales Representative to join their team in Quebec (remote with travel throughout territory). The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive revenue growth and market penetration by developing strategic hospital and healthcare relationships across an assigned region.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within hospitals and institutional healthcare settings
  • Build trusted relationships with physicians, clinical teams, procurement, and hospital leadership
  • Lead product demonstrations, clinical in-servicing, and training to support adoption
  • Manage the full sales cycle including tenders, RFPs, contract negotiations, and post-sale follow-up
  • You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • 5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience within hospital environments
  • Demonstrated success selling into complex institutional purchasing structures and GPOs
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to independently manage a large geographic territory with frequent travel
  • Fully bilingual (English/French) with a valid driver’s licence
