Location: Montreal

This is an interview position.

To sell Fed Ex Services to both 'new' and 'existing' customers (primary focus: net ‘new’ potential) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives (as measured and determined by
Fed Ex). Acts as team lead and assists manager in providing coaching/training/etc. to junior/new staff members and assumes responsibility for additional tasks/duties as assigned.

- Sales - 1 year - Fed Ex Sales or Inside Sale

Technical Skill Requirements Solid knowledge of the following:

- Knowledge of selling Fed Ex services - (Preferred)- Fed Ex features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments

Computer literacy and proficiency:

- Microsoft Excel – basic
- Microsoft Word – basic
- Microsoft Power Point – basic
- Microsoft Outlook – standard
- Sales Force Automation - preferred

Interpersonal Skill Requirements

SOMMAIRE
Promouvoir les services de Fed Ex auprès des « nouveaux » clients et des clients « existants » (priorité : potentiel net de « nouveaux » envois), le principal résultat à livrer étant l’atteinte d’un objectif de revenu assigné (tel que mesuré et déterminé par
Fed Ex). Agir à titre de chef d’équipe assister le directeur dans l’accompagnement, la formation etc. des employés nouveaux ou moins expérimentés et assumer la responsabilité des tâches et devoirs additionnels pouvant lui être assignés.

Exigences scolaires
Postsecondaire :
– Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle

Expérience
Nombre minimum d’années requis pour accéder à ce poste
– Ventes — 1 an — Ventes Fed Ex ou Vente interne

Autres exigences particulières en matière d’expérience obligatoire

Exigences techniques
Solide connaissance des éléments suivants :
– Connaissance de la vente de services Fed Ex — (de préférence)
– Modalités de service de Fed Ex, de ses systèmes de facturation, des structures de prix, des ajustements de facture

Maîtrise de l’informatique :
– Microsoft Excel – Élémentaire
