Reporting directly to the Corporate Rental Manager, the Sales Coordinator's focus is on fulfilling customer needs through efficient order management and organized communication. Your main responsibilities will include handling equipment orders and leveraging the SILK system for optimal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer equipment orders
• Ensure clear communication with Sales Representatives
• Maintain updated data in the SILK system
• Manage logistics for shipping and delivery
• Process customer sales invoices accurately
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
• Experience in material handling is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
