Location: Drummondville
Drive sales success with The Hillman Group as a Sales Representative in Canada. Engage with customers, manage relationships, and ensure sales pipelines are maintained effectively.
This role reports to the National Sales Manager, responsible for maintaining a customer base across various divisions. Key responsibilities include sourcing new accounts, following up on leads, and assisting in sales forecasting. You will collaborate with customers to negotiate pricing and enhance service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain customer relationships in assigned territory
• Source new accounts through prospecting and cold calling
• Follow up on sales leads and return customer calls
• Communicate customer orders and negotiate pricing
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or higher
• 5 years in automotive aftermarket or industrial sales
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational skills with emphasis on teamwork
