Named Account Manager - Customer Success

As a vital part of our team, you will own the relationship with clients post-sales, ensuring effective use of Barracuda’s solutions. Your strategic planning will directly support customers’ business goals while collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and efficiency. Help clients navigate product use and foster upselling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive product adoption and address Customer challenges
• Create and implement customized success strategies
• Train customers on using Barracuda's products efficiently
• Coordinate with sales and engineering teams for delivery
• Analyze sales data to identify growth areas
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of related experience in sales or customer success
• Relevant degree in Sales or Business Administration
• Familiarity with Customer Success tools like Gainsight
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach to engage clients
