American Eagle seeks an enthusiastic Senior Brand Ambassador dedicated to making each customer's visit unforgettable. You’ll share the brand ethos and effectively troubleshoot guest issues while working collaboratively with your teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model

• Provide detailed knowledge about AE & Aerie products

• Promote the AEO loyalty program to enhance guest experience

• Support various roles—salesfloor, fitting room, stockroom

• Address guest concerns proactively within policy guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 required

• Previous retail experience highly valued

• Energetic multitasker in bustling settings

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
