Join ST‑EUSTACHE as a Broker and Customer Success Manager to enhance the customer financing journey. You'll leverage your experience to recommend effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this vital role, you will report to the Sales Director and assist customers in navigating financing options. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their needs, qualifying them for financing, and guiding them in selecting suitable vehicle models. Collaborating with the sales team will also be key in facilitating smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally across various platforms

• Assess customer needs with targeted questions

• Suggest financing solutions that fit customer circumstances

• Qualify customers effectively for various financing options

• Work with the team to deliver vehicles seamlessly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in sales or consulting

• Background in automotive or credit is an asset

• Must be fluent in French, both written and spoken

• Excellent technological skills for effective communication
