Excel as a Customer Expansion Specialist, focusing on outbound calls and lead generation to Delight the Customer®. Engage prospects and drive customer growth through effective communication.
In this vital role, you will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and expand our customer base. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams will be essential to identify needs and overcome objections. Your organizational skills will ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system, positioning you to meet or exceed objectives monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Qualify leads based on needs and budget
• Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Achieve and surpass monthly objectives and targets
Requirements:
• High School diploma;
College Degree an asset
• Outbound calling or telemarketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate objections and handle rejections
• Familiarity with CRM systems
