This role is designed for a results-oriented individual with extensive specialty pharmaceutical selling experience. As part of our team, you will establish connections with surgeons, nephrologists, and other specialists, promoting a range of innovative therapies. Your strategic account planning and market analysis will be crucial in achieving short- and long-term sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory
• Execute strategic account plans to maximize sales
• Identify opportunities for formulary listings and optimize protocols
• Accelerate sales through data-driven, customer-focused strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members for business alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
• Deep understanding of hospital key account dynamics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
