We are looking for a Sales Director located in the North Shore, South Shore, or Greater Montreal Area to take charge of our sales team. This role emphasizes executing business strategies, optimizing processes, and managing customer relationships effectively. You will also have full P&L accountability and engage in M&A activities, fostering growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and lead business development strategies

• Structure and enhance prospecting and client engagement

• Develop exemplary customer and partner relationships

• Guide a sales team of account and sales managers

• Manage budgetary responsibilities with full P&L
Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar leadership role

• Background in mining, construction, or manufacturing sectors beneficial
