Drive revenue and promote broadband services as a Field Sales Representative with Xplore Inc. in a hybrid work environment. Engage directly with residential customers to meet sales targets and enhance their broadband experience.
In this hybrid position, you will report to the Team Manager of Field Sales & Marketing. Aimed at generating leads and converting them into sales, your role requires building rapport with potential customers. You’ll become knowledgeable about Xplore’s products, pricing, and promotions to effectively promote services that suit customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive door-to-door outreach to identify potential customers
• Develop expertise in Xplore's products and competitive advantages
• Communicate pricing and promotional details to clients
• Process orders and document customer inquiries
• Track sales activities and report pipeline status using CRM tools
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred
• Knowledge of broadband and telecommunications
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
