Business Development Manager – Recruitment Solutions
Main Mission:
Develop and maintain a client portfolio to promote the company's recruitment solutions, ensuring sales growth and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and approach new clients in various sectors
Identify companies' recruitment needs and propose tailored solutions
Negotiate and conclude sustainable business agreements
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and networking events
Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure the quality and relevance of services offered
Monitor performance indicators and produce regular reports

Excellent skills in prospecting, negotiation, and partnership development
Knowledge of the recruitment or human resources field (asset)
Autonomy, organizational skills, and results orientation
Bilingualism (French/English) preferred
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM
Typical Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, ideally in the recruitment, HR, or B2B services field
Education in business, marketing, management, or a related field
