This role requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of three years in sales or B2B account management. You'll develop business relationships, analyze customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions. Your expertise will involve negotiation and rigorous follow-up with clients while conducting market monitoring to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration with various internal teams will be key to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain business relationships with clients

• Analyze market trends and opportunities for growth

• Promote products with effective follow-up

• Negotiate and monitor profitability of agreements

• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3+ years in sales and customer relationship management

• Bilingual:
French and English, strong verbal and written

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Insight into petroleum or marine product sectors (an asset)

• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
