Become an integral part of Fortra’s sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. Drive growth through prospecting and collaborative techniques in a dynamic workplace.
Fortra is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of its customer base using prospecting strategies and ABS tools. You will play a critical role in building relationships and guiding newer team members while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities through targeted account prospecting
• Engage with customers via phone to solve problems
• Conduct and document client communication within CRM
• Mentor new employees to acclimate them effectively
• Lead prospecting strategies and attend trade shows for lead generation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing-related field
• Proven ability to successfully navigate sales processes
• Strong influence management and organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
