Route Service Representative; Workweek

Job Overview

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment
• Comprehensive 10‑week training program
• Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek
• Majority of work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and maintain a safe working environment
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Qualified candidates must meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Must possess a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license prior to the first day of employment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service
• Strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation
• Positive attitude, ambition, and organization with a service spirit
