Your extensive experience in Sales Operations and pipeline management will empower you to influence critical business decisions. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and effective resource management across complex sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Defense sales pipeline governance and reporting accuracy

• Validate and manage sales data prior to executive submission

• Identify and address risks within the sales process

• Engage in transformation initiatives as Sales Operations representative

• Support organizational resource alignment through accurate forecasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

• 7+ years in Sales Operations or related functions

• Proven expertise with Salesforce and analytics tools

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Experience with Defense or highly regulated programs preferred
