Bright bound is a high-end lighting brand known for handcrafted, made-to-order studio-blown glass fixtures. We’re seeking a thoughtful, service-oriented Sales Associate to support the full sales cycle while playing a key role in client engagement, showroom excellence, and strategic event coordination. This is a client-facing, detail-driven role in a dynamic studio setting. You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales and owners on quotes, lead outreach, event production, and customer service—with the opportunity to shape how we present and position the brand to the trade and design community.

Description Sales & Client Support- Support the Director of Sales with quoting, CRM management, order processing, and customer follow-up.
- Guide clients through product selection, finishes, samples, pricing, and purchasing decisions.
- Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and showroom visits with prompt, professional communication.
- Track quotes, deposits, invoices, and accounts receivable to ensure timely follow-up and project progression.
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows, pop-ups, product launches, and showroom events.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, shipping, displays, setup, and on-site support.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through social media, design industry outreach, and inbound lead conversion.
- Maintain and expand databases of designers, media contacts, and industry partners while supporting targeted outreach campaigns.
- Manage sample inventory, assemble and ship sample packages, and coordinate material replenishment.
- Prepare sales kits, marketing collateral, showroom materials, and assets for sales and press initiatives.
- Support studio operations, including event setup, packing, shipping, and logistics during busy periods.
- Maintain showroom presentation and daily office organization.
- Manage incoming calls, mail, shipments, returns, and shipping platforms such as Ship Station and
- Monitor office and shipping supplies, equipment, and general administrative needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or business
- 2+ years in a client-facing, sales, or support role—ideally in the design or creative industries
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and presentation
- Professional, warm communication skills and a passion for helping people
- Familiarity with CRM and sales systems, plus comfort navigating digital tools (Google Workspace)
- Deep interest in design, interiors, fine art, craft, and architecture
- Familiarity with Rhino and rendering software is a plus, but not required
