Location: Montreal
Drive new home sales with Century Communities as a Community Sales Manager.
Your role will focus on generating leads and ensuring exceptional buyer interactions throughout the process.
In this position, you will manage closings and strive to exceed all sales goals while fostering strong relationships with buyers and real estate agents. Your outreach efforts will include networking and community promotions to boost traffic to sales studios. As part of your responsibilities, you'll ensure a seamless sales experience while overseeing marketing materials and internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales objectives monthly and annually
• Manage customer traffic and generate referrals effectively
• Coordinate with buyers, agents, and lenders for closing
• Maintain updated marketing flyers and community signage
• Organize and manage necessary studio documentation
Requirements:
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
• Real Estate License as preferred or required
• 1-2 years in new home sales preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage processes and housing regulations
