In this essential role, you will focus on effective lead conversion through engaging communication strategies and exceptional customer service. You will handle both outbound and inbound inquiries, ensuring potential patients receive the information they need while maintaining a friendly, professional approach. You will also work with the CRM lead to enhance operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to engage prospective clients
• Effectively convey the benefits of CPP Clinics services
• Foster strong relationships with leads and answer inquiries
• Manage inbound communications through multiple platforms
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments diligently
Requirements:
• Outbound calling or sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Enthusiasm for medical aesthetics
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English;
Spanish is a plus
