The Director, Sales and Operations will be responsible for supporting the organization’s growth through business development, operational optimization, customer experience enhancements, and increased market visibility. This individual will play a key role in defining and executing commercial strategies while ensuring team engagement and the continuous improvement of internal practices.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the organization’s strategic planning initiatives and contribute to the development and execution of business objectives and growth plans.Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base.Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and advisory services team to foster a culture of performance, innovation, and engagement.Optimize prospecting, business development, visibility, and service promotion processes.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and remain ahead of market trends.Contribute to the day-to-day management of operations, including process improvement, resource management, and organizational efficiency optimization.Maintain an active presence at events, networking activities, and representation opportunities to enhance the organization’s visibility and market presence.Skills and qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience managing sales teams, business development, or in a similar leadership role.Relevant experience in a professional services, training, healthcare, private education, or related environment (an asset).Proven track record of achieving growth objectives, implementing commercial strategies, and optimizing sales practices.Strong leadership skills with a focus on team engagement, results, and continuous improvement.Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and ability to transform opportunities into concrete initiatives.Comfortable with digital tools, management technologies, and artificial intelligence solutions.
