Appear is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own a portfolio in Canada from onboarding to renewal. You will onboard, activate, and drive ongoing success across client accounts, ensuring steady growth.
You will conduct quarterly reviews linking data to commercial outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, and pro-actively manage renewals. You’ll represent the voice of the customer to product and marketing, using AI for research and forecasting.
