Job Location - Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver (On-site)

What we expect Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Developing & implementing service & repair sales programs to grow market share, revenue & profitability, aligned with North America goals.
  • Overseeing significant bid strategies, contract approvals & complex negotiations to optimize profitable retention & conversions.
  • Developing & managing key performance indicators & sales budget.
Team Development
  • Building & leading sales team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to grow capabilities.
  • Partnering with branch & sales leadership to build sales bench strength & succession pipelines.
  • Setting clear performance targets and objectives for the team, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback.
Commercial Excellence
  • Analyzing sales data, CRM insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, manage pipeline health and forecast results.
  • Partnering with operational teams to ensure cohesive transition for delivery execution.
  • Using TKE sales tools, processes and systems to drive transparency, accountability & efficiency.
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing valuable insights to guide product & service development, pricing, and marketing efforts.
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in a sales role.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent leadership & team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract, grow & retain team members.
  • Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage big data for informed decision‑making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Adaptability and agility to navigate a dynamic and competitive market.
  • French language, an asset.
  • Ability to travel as needed throughout Canada (~25%) and the U.S.
