Job Title: Sales Representative Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will support senior sales professionals by generating leads, engaging with potential customers, learning the sales process, and contributing to revenue goals. With training and mentorship, you'll develop the skills needed to close deals and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media, and research.

Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.

Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Learn and present company products/services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as updating CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), preparing quotes, and tracking sales activities.

Follow up on leads and opportunities to move them through the sales pipeline.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Meet or exceed individual activity targets (e.g., calls, meetings, qualified leads) while contributing to team revenue goals.

Provide feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and potential improvements to the sales process.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 2-5 years in services sales, customer service, retail, or a related field. Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.

High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude (sales involves rejection-persistence is key).Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools (Pipedrive is an asset).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with technology.
Other:
Willingness to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet targets. Some roles may require travel or flexible hours.

Ability to travel Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or real estate sales.
