Make a difference as a Bilingual Financial Services Consultant at Sun Life in hybrid work mode. Engage with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions while working closely with a supportive team.

In this hybrid role based in downtown Montreal, you’ll serve as a Financial Services Consultant (FSC) focusing on building relationships and converting leads from Group Benefits (GB) members. Your responsibility includes uncovering insurance needs, showcasing solutions, and managing a diverse range of insurance products. With the support of your Sales Manager, you’ll aim to exceed sales targets and ensure quality service for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage inbound client calls and sales leads

• Provide tailored phone consultations for insurance needs

• Build expertise on diverse insurance products offered

• Partner with Sun Life’s Career Sales Force for multi-products

• Resolve client issues effectively to enhance satisfaction

Requirements:

• Active Life Insurance License (LLQP/PQAP) required

• Minimum 2 years in sales or related service experience

• Strong verbal and written bilingual communication skills

• Excellent listening skills to address client concerns

• Proven influencing and closing capabilities
