We are currently seeking a National Account Manager for our client, a well-established international company in the medical industry specializing in precision measurement technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing major accounts across Eastern Canada, primarily with pharmacy banners, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and distribution partners.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly working with major chains, buying groups, and national accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop strategic business relationships with major accounts to achieve sales and growth objectives.Adopt a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach with clients and partners.Develop business plans tailored to targeted customers and markets.Identify market needs and communicate trends, opportunities, and customer feedback to internal teams.Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure execution of commercial strategies.Analyze market data, competitive activity, and category performance to support business decisions.Optimize promotional activities and commercial investments to maximize return on investment.Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and strategic partners.Support sales forecasting and inventory management activities.Participate in product listing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance processes.Manage tenders and commercial agreements with strategic organizations and buying groups.Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts.Skills and qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or CommerceValid driver’s licenseMinimum of 5 years of experience working with pharmacy banners and pharmaceutical wholesalersExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and EnglishProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
