Business Development Representative

Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Onboarding Specialist & Business Development Representative to join our team s dual-function role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer success and sales, ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our platform while driving new business opportunities. • Client Onboarding & Success (50%)
• Guide new clients through the complete Mizo onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption
• Develop customized onboarding plans tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives
• Conduct product training sessions and workshops to maximize platform utilization
• Monitor client progress and proactively address any challenges during the onboarding phase
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive continuous improvement

• Business Development & Sales (50%)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
• Represent Mizo at industry events, webinars, and networking functions

• 2-5 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or business development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Experience working with SaaS or technology products
• Experience is the MSP
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
• Customer-centric mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand technical products and vulgarize them to non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive)
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of automation platforms is a plus
