Drive business growth as a Senior Account Manager for Essential Turbines, specializing in aerospace MRO relationships from our Montreal base, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

This role serves as the frontline representative for commercial and military helicopter clients. The Senior Account Manager will leverage their account management, negotiation skills, and industry knowledge to provide top-notch service and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key advocate for designated accounts

• Develop strategic account plans tailored to customer needs

• Respond efficiently to client inquiries and service requests

• Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities

• Coordinate and execute client contracts and proposals

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years in account management related to aerospace

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office

• Technical knowledge of turbine systems is advantageous
