Your role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their door and window replacement or installation projects, while developing lasting relationships based on trust and satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

Sales Development

• Actively promote Aluminium Pierre Doors and Windows products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Present the technical, energy, and aesthetics of our products.
• Close sales and ensure the achievement of set objectives.

Customer Service and Experience

• Support clients at every stage of their project.
• Answer questions and offer professional and personalized service.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

Account Management and Relationship Development

• Develop long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
• Generate referrals and promote Customer loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities.

Project management and monitoring

• Prepare quotes and sales contracts.
• Conduct client visits when required.
• Take necessary measures and follow up on installations.
• Verify customer satisfaction after work is completed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the doors and windows industry (a significant asset).
• Experience in the construction or renovation sector (an asset).
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook).
• Experience with management, CRM, or bidding software.
• Valid driver's license required.
