Vitiligo is entering a new era, one defined by greater scientific progress, stronger awareness and new possibilities for patients.

As Brand Lead, Vitiligo, you will lead Incyte’s ambition to transform how vitiligo is understood, discussed and managed across Canada. You will develop the brand strategy, translate insights into action and create meaningful engagement for healthcare professionals and patients.

With the opportunity to establish leadership in vitiligo and contribute to the continued growth of our Dermatology portfolio, you will have the space to build, influence and make a visible impact. As our pipeline evolves, your scope may expand across Dermatology, Immunology and Autoimmune conditions.

What you will shape

Define and lead the cross-functional brand strategy for vitiligo in Canada.

Build an ambitious brand plan that connects business priorities with the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

Turn market, customer and patient insights into innovative, integrated initiatives.

Develop engaging multichannel programs and guide them from concept through approval and execution.

Strengthen understanding and awareness of vitiligo across the Canadian healthcare landscape.

Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, nurses, specialty pharmacists, professional societies, patient organizations and other key stakeholders.

Partner with patient groups and Public Relations to support and amplify the voice of the vitiligo community.

Bring together Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Insights, Finance and external agency partners behind a shared ambition.

Represent the Canadian market within North American and Global teams, ensuring local perspectives influence broader decisions.

Identify opportunities early, challenge established thinking and help the organization move with speed and purpose.

Build strong therapeutic-area expertise and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitive environment and patient journey.

Lead brand budget planning, allocation and ongoing management.

Share insights, best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

Act with integrity and ensure all activities meet regulatory, legal and company requirements.

What will help you thrive

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or a related discipline.

At least seven years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience.

Meaningful experience preparing for or leading a product launch.

Strong knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment, ideally within Dermatology or Immunology.

Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.

A strong record of developing and executing integrated, multichannel brand plans.

Strategic and analytical thinking, paired with the energy to move quickly into execution.

An entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to take ownership.

The ability to influence, align and energize stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Experience leading agency relationships and managing promotional budgets.

Strong communication, storytelling and presentation capabilities.

Comfort navigating complexity, change and evolving priorities.

Previous sales or sales leadership experience would be an asset.

Fluency in English;
French-language capabilities would be a strong asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to travel up to 50% of working time.
