You will be responsible for managing clinical supply, facilitating budget agreements, and coordinating vital meetings. Your language skills will aid in seamless communication with investigators and regulatory agencies, ensuring successful trial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage essential trial documents and update databases
• Collate and ship clinical documents while ensuring compliance
• Facilitate budgeting negotiations and contract maintenance
• Support investigators in site evaluations and submissions
• Prepare for and assist local investigator meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 1-2 years of experience in clinical research
• Proficient in French and English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in budget negotiations
• Familiarity with clinical IT tools and MS Office Suite
