As a part-time intern, you'll play a vital role supporting our unique beer-making process. You will engage in physico-chemical and microbiological analysis to ensure each brew meets our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physico-chemical and microbiological analyses on brews

• Cultivate and maintain yeast strains for brewing processes

• Document samples accurately to ensure data integrity

• Ensure rigorous sterilization of laboratory equipment

Requirements:

• Student or graduate in microbiology, chemistry, or related field

• First laboratory experience is beneficial but not required

• Strong observational and measuring skills in scientific tasks

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

• Commitment to a part-time role of up to 24 hours per week
