The position demands a dependable and self-motivated individual with at least 1-2 years of experience in greenhouse settings. You will be expected to manage various responsibilities such as clipping, harvesting, and ensuring proper hygiene in the working area. Successful candidates will thrive in a physically demanding environment and must be ready to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clip and remove excess leaves from plants
• Hand-harvest vegetables timely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness across the greenhouse
• Mix fertilizers and apply as necessary
• Ensure proper tie and positioning of plants
Requirements:
• Proficient in English to support communication
• Certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation
• Experience in a related industry required
• Strong physical capability to handle heavy loads
• Comfortable working in hot and damp conditions
