Location: Sainte-Thérèse

Tasks

  • Perform maintenance and repair work.
  • Painting: paint walls, ceilings, doors, etc.
  • Minor repairs: fix plumbing leaks, replace light bulbs, repair or replace electrical outlets and switches, etc.
  • General upkeep: clean the grounds and parking lots, shovel walkways.
  • Carpentry: repair or install shelves and cabinets, replace screens.
  • Plumbing: unclog sinks, repair toilets, replace faucets.
  • Respond to emergency situations.
  • Run errands by car when needed.
  • Answer the phone.
  • Show apartments to potential tenants.
  • Clean parking lots and grounds.
  • Shovel walkways.
  • Take out garbage and recycling bins.
  • Perform any other related duties.

    • Job requirements

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma (DES) or a trade diploma in a relevant field (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
