Mason - Intermediate

As a bricklayer/mason, your duties may include laying bricks, stone or similar materials to build residential/commercial chimneys and fireplaces, patios, walls or walkways, laying firebricks to line industrial chimneys and smokestacks and cutting and trimming bricks using hand and power tools. Tessa is also the operations manager where she oversees training apprentices, estimating projects, leading project execution and ensuring client satisfaction.

I play a pivotal role in training apprentices, providing essential skills for our workforce's development. Handling estimates, I meticulously assess project requirements for accurate pricing. Once projects commence, I lead execution, coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure timely completion. Regular client communication is key to address concerns promptly and maintain satisfaction. Overall, my role encompasses training, estimating, project leadership, and client management, ensuring Integrity Masonry consistently delivers exceptional results.
