As a key part of our service team, you will report to the Service Manager and use your troubleshooting skills to diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs for a range of vehicles. You'll also build positive relationships with customers through effective communication and by providing thorough quotes.
Your role will include assisting others and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues efficiently
• Communicate repair options and write detailed quotes
• Carry out repairs and assist fellow technicians
• Maintain organized records of repairs performed
• Promote preventative maintenance programs
Requirements:
• Licensed 310T or 310S Technician or Registered Apprentice
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ensure all certifications are up-to-date
