Position: Journeyman Electrician for CN Projects
Location: Montréal-Est

Join CN as a Journeyman Electrician responsible for maintenance and repair of electrical systems in buildings and installations. Engage in dynamic projects while ensuring safety and service excellence.

This role involves performing corrective and preventive maintenance alongside coordinating efforts with the lead electrician and facilities supervisor. You will also interact with contractors and other CN departments, making teamwork essential. Expect to respond to emergency calls during nights and weekends, working both indoors and outdoors in diverse conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance tasks

• Coordinate with supervisors and contractors on projects

• Address emergency calls as instructed

• Work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces

• Ensure a safe workspace for colleagues and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Interprovincial journeyman electrician certificate or equivalent

• Valid Class 5 driver's license; obtain Class 1 if needed

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings

• Knowledge of power distribution and high voltage systems
