Field Maintenance Coordinator - Shop

park paving is a locally owned and operated company and has been in business for over 50 years as one the largest road construction contractors in edmonton. We are seeking a dedicated temporary field maintenance coordinator to join our team.

we are currently seeking a temporary field maintenance coordinator to support daily maintenance operations. This role is temporary to assist with current workload and coverage, with the potential to become a full-time position based on business needs.

this position will be primarily based out of our maintenance shop location in sherwood park, ab.

• manage service schedule reports
• create and distribute work orders
• track repairs and backlog items
• organize parts for field work
• review and follow up on incomplete work orders

• minimum 3 years experience in equipment maintenance coordination or related role
• familiarity with heavy equipment used in road construction such as skid steers, excavators, and paving equipment
• strong organizational and communication skills
• knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
• ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• ability to track and manage work orders, parts, and service schedules accurately
• knowledge of maintenance or fleet operations is considered an asset
• valid class 5 driver’s license
