Elevate your career as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor d a maintenance team, ensuring safety and efficiency while managing electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
As a key member at Westlake, you will supervise electrical and mechanical tradesmen, promoting adherence to safety protocols.
Your role requires diagnosing electrical issues, performing routine inspections on machinery, including plastic extruder systems, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You'll also oversee documentation and inventory management to optimize maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety culture within the maintenance team
• Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues swiftly
• Supervise and train electrical and mechanical tradesmen
• Ensure compliance with codes and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario 442A and 309A Electrical Trades License
• Strong background in troubleshooting electrical systems
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
• Expertise in PLC programming and modifications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
