Data Center Operator

Become a key member of the Vantage Data Centers team as a Data Center Operator in Montréal (Pointe-Claire). Ensure high-quality service and maintenance for a state-of-the-art data center.

In this on-site role, you will supervise operations and perform maintenance tasks critical to data center performance. Joining Vantage means working within a dedicated team focused on uptime and efficiency of electrical and mechanical systems. Your expertise will contribute significantly to providing superior service to our customers by managing and optimizing facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use electromechanical software to supervise site conditions

• Produce reliability reports to meet availability targets

• Escalate alarms and ensure stakeholder communication

• Provide Level 1 support via a ticketing system

• Communicate ongoing work progress and maintenance status

Requirements:

• Experience in a critical data center environment

• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

• Familiarity with BMS and EMS is advantageous

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong communication skills and high stress tolerance
