Trailer Mechanic - Field Service

Mobile Trailer Technicians are needed to join a growing fleet maintenance team in Montreal (Lachine OR Cavendish).

This role offers the opportunity to work independently in a fully equipped mobile service truck, traveling to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of trailers and equipment. Technicians will service a range of trailer types:
Dry Vans, Flatbeds, Heaters, Reefer units, etc.

Shift/

Schedule:

• Day Shift; 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (flexible start times)
  OR
• Night Shift; 2:30 pm - 1:00 am (10-hour shifts)

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous Professional Trailer Repair Experience and strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Bilingual French/English preferred.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers and related equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, braking, suspension, and structural systems, including component replacement as required.
• Complete welding, fabrication, and body repair work while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
• Possess a valid driver's license, the ability to work independently in a mobile service environment, and safely lift up to 85 lbs.
