As a Collision Repair Technician, you will report to the Senior Body Shop General Manager. This role emphasizes your abilities in automotive body repairs and requires collaboration with estimators and planners. Maintain vehicles to manufacturer specifications, ensuring structural integrity and appearance while executing repairs accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all tasks as per the repair order

• Perform quality checks and ensure cleanliness before transfers

• Manage work assignments to meet production targets

• Repair and replace body components per specifications

• Conduct final inspections and test drives for handling

Requirements:

• High school or automotive body repair diploma

• 5-7 years of experience in body shop

• Valid driver’s license and technician license

• Ability to communicate effectively under pressure

• Strong flexibility in diverse environments
