Your role will involve troubleshooting, testing equipment, and mentoring technicians on-site.
This position requires a three-year College Diploma in Electronics Technology or equivalent, along with some related work experience. As part of the Test Engineering team, you will apply your skills in mechanical assembly, basic soldering, and interpreting technical diagrams. Your contributions will ensure the maintenance and calibration of essential machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain test equipment with guidance
• Troubleshoot circuits and technical issues effectively
• Record and interpret various technical documentation
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery
• Train and mentor technicians in debugging processes
Requirements:
• Three-year College Diploma in Electronics Technologist
• Up to three months of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain a Canadian government security clearance
• Familiarity with technical data and schematic diagrams
• Willingness to work extensively on the production floor
