Join Correctional Service Canada in Drummondville, QC as a Maintenance Person focused on building upkeep. This full-time role offers a permanent position and requires skills in repairs and maintenance work.
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for five maintenance positions. The ideal applicant possesses excellent interpersonal skills and will handle minor adjustments to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. This role also involves supervising other workers and performing security checks to ensure a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make adjustments and repairs to HVAC and plumbing systems
• Perform minor repairs on appliances as needed
• Conduct crucial security and safety inspections
• Supervise and support other maintenance staff
• Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
• Fluency in English is a must
• Certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Availability for permanent, full-time employment
