In this senior role, you'll collaborate with the BAS Project Manager and lead various project activities, ensuring successful BAS installation and startup. You will interact with engineers, subcontractors, and various trades while managing potential risks and field variances proactively. A solid foundation in HVAC and BAS networking is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct onsite BAS installation and commissioning tasks
• Follow project specifications, drawings, and schedules closely
• Coordinate daily activities with project teams and subcontractors
• Resolve constructability issues with proactive communication
• Verify project closeout tasks including documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in BAS installation or commissioning
• Strong HVAC systems knowledge including controllers
• Experience with Schneider Electric products is a plus
• Capability to travel and possess valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scripted programming
