As a key member of the team, you will draw upon your trade certification and 2-3 years of experience to service equipment ranging from engines to transmissions.
Your role includes diagnosing issues, communicating with customers, and maintaining service records to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and diagnose equipment and components
• Communicate effectively with equipment owners
• Service and repair heavy equipment on-site and in-shop
• Recondition components as needed for repairs
• Maintain accurate service and warranty records
Requirements:
• Trade certification or Journeyman Red Seal
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in customer communication
• Commitment to Health & Safety practices
