You will handle part orders, maintain service vehicles, and interact with dispatch regularly to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement customer-focused service philosophy
• Diagnose and repair machines accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with vendors for diagnosis assistance
• Maintain service vehicle and tools in excellent condition
• Submit detailed service reports on repairs and parts used
Requirements:
• Red seal 421A mechanic license required
• Post-secondary diploma or relevant experience
• Proficiency with hand and air tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• On-call availability 24/7
