Position Summary  Be the calm after the storm! As a Cleaner/Packer at On Side Restoration, you’ll play a vital role in helping families and businesses recover after disaster strikes. From carefully packing and cleaning belongings and spaces to supporting other restoration crews, you’ll bring care, precision, and positivity to every job. Compensation   Salary Range: $20-$24/hour
On-call premium paid for rotating coverage

What You’ll Do   Pack, catalog, and clean contents from disaster-affected areas
Perform pre/post-construction and structural cleaning
Clean fabrics, textiles, and various surfaces
Use Encircle Restoration Software for inventory
What You Bring   1+ year experience in cleaning and/or moving
Restoration experience is a strong asset
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong empathy and customer-focused mindset
Excellent attention to detail
Good organizational and communication skills
Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting and safety-conscious
Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps/software)
Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
Clear criminal record
English proficiency, written and spoken

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
